A collection of colour photographs and large murals of flowers,
carefully selected for their unusual shapes, sensual charm,
colour, diversity and
visual appeal.
Orah Buck, a dedicated gardener and lover of nature, has
photographed
exotic as well as familiar blooms over many years and in all
seasons.
These images present a kaleidoscope of colour and form, providing
the
viewer with a vision of wonder and beauty in both wild and
cultivated areas.
The photographs have been chosen from a vast collection of
negatives
and have been developed to achieve utmost clarity and brilliance.
This collection, a works in progress, will be presented at an exhibition
2010-2011.

Orah's interest is in various species of the majestic creatures
of baleen whales, not toothed.
She has given slides to research centres to identify individual
whales as they return yearly to ocean locations.
