Golden Reign of Spain

The Golden Reign of Spain© is an ambitious, unique Biblical work that teams poetry of many prominent Spanish Jews (1100 to 1300 C.E.) with images taken at the National Museum in Madrid and The Barcelona Rare Books Library.

Orah Buck’s credentials as a professional photographer gained her access to photograph pages from rare sacred books. These images were then digitally enhanced to bring out colour and texture. Gold leaf adorns several selected images.

The Golden Reign of Spain is on permanent exhibition at Chabad Israel Community Centre, Thornhill, Ontario.
